M&R Service Log for all equipment/store repairs allowing you access to your data via our on line portal.
- Schedule
Preventive Maintenance program to reduce M&R costs.
- Assist you with your energy management program and involve you in local and regional utility buying groups.
Facilities
Construction/Project Management
- Coordinate with architect & engineer to complete Construction Documents and establish construction budget.
- Initiate bidding of the project & review all bids and award contract.
- Facilitate
all construction activities with property owner and city.
- Monitor
construction to maintain schedule and established budget.
- Review all
change order requests and compare with final plans.
- Facilitate
inspections and final permits and occupancy permits.
- Establish
punch list and ensure all items are complete.
- Prepare
summary of the project with initial & final budget and a justification of all changes.
- Prepare
package with all warranties and operating information.
Restaurant
and Retail Permitting and Licensing Services
- Review
project/permits & licenses needed and determine appropriate agencies
to be involved.
- Apply for
all Special Permit/Board of Appeals applications and attend all hearings
and meetings.
- Meet with
building, health & fire officials to obtain building permit, health
department approval and fire safety/assembly permits.
- Apply for
and obtain Common Victualers License, Business Certificates, Health
Permits, Entertainment Licenses, etc.
- Maintain
and renew all existing permits and licenses.
Restaurant
Equipment and Layout Consulting Services
- Review restaurant operations and requirements to determine equipment needs and
layout.
- Engage our
preferred equipment vendors to design kitchen layout and appropriate
appliances.
- Determine
kitchen exhaust venting needed and coordinate design with you and the building owner.
- Establish
equipment budget and prepare equipment proposal appropriate for the
particular use.
